Oh, hi! It’s been a while!
The good news, which a lot of you have been asking about, is that we’re still hard at work – it’s just that for a few reasons (not the least of which being that we just didn’t have much to show that wouldn’t be a spoiler of some sort) we haven’t had much to say. However, we are getting there, and a final release is starting to come into view in the not too distant future. So, watch this space! We’ve got a number of posts lined up before that to hopefully tide you over until then, too, that will start up once Everfree Northwest is done.
Speaking of Everfree Northwest, I’d like to take this opportunity to say that MLI will be at Everfree Northwest! In two panels, even! We’ll be taking part in Games Ponies Play: Making Games that Players Enjoy at 1 PM, and then we have our own panel at 5 PM on the same day. If you’ll be attending, stop on by! We’ll be happy to see you!

I just hope the release will be soon after Everfree Northwest, so Hasbro doesn’t have time to react with a C&D letter.
Actually, when this game is released, will you be publishing just the finished .exe or also the complete source code?
From my previous experiences with this team, I can tell you:
1) The game won’t be released anywhere soon (by soon, I mean month or two)
2) They don’t care if they receive C&D or not – they will release the game anyway
3) There will be no source code available, nor will be there any tools, but the file format is trivial so making custom chapters will be easy (as easy as writing the chapter, that is – and it’s far harder than writing fanfic, trust me)
4) I really, really, really hope I’m wrong with first or third point, since you are awesome guys and I love you and your work and I’m sure you can do better than so far 🙂
Oh and I love this captcha system 😀 Haven’t noticed it before here (I think it’s because it’s something added quite recently – that is, after last New Year :P). Although I can’t solve the Rarity one… :/

Glad to hear you are still going strong. The lack of updates was starting to worry me, especially after what happened to both Mane 6 and Filly Games. Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us.
Will any of the upcoming posts contain information from the panel, or should I just look it up, hoping someone was filming it?
